The same idea applies if the innovation changes how a service is delivered, for example.
Applause for the tremendous new edge we have in our offer.
But sitting above that are the thought leaders who have made innovation possible because they are not just open to change; they are actively prepared to accommodate it.
Businesses excel when they have the systems in place to cope with change.
